Motherhood has profoundly shaped both who I am personally and how I show up as a therapist. As a mother of three and a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician through Postpartum Support International, I understand that the transition to parenthood can be beautiful, life-changing, and unexpectedly overwhelming...all at the same time. Alongside specialized training, I bring genuine empathy for the invisible mental load, identity shifts, relationship changes, and emotional challenges that can accompany pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. My goal is to offer a calm, compassionate space where you feel deeply understood, supported without judgment, and empowered to move through this season with greater confidence, self-compassion and empowerment.

If you relate to...
we might be a perfect therapeutic match.

01
Birth Trauma
Birth trauma isn't defined by what happened during your birth. It's defined by how the experience lives within you. Whether your birth was medically complicated, emotionally overwhelming, or left you feeling unheard, powerless, or grieving the experience you hoped for, therapy can help you process what happened, reclaim your story, and move forward with greater peace and confidence.
03
Postpartum OCD
Overwhelming fear, intrusive thoughts or unwanted images can leave you questioning your identity, your abilities as a parent, or your safety. These thoughts are a common symptom of postpartum OCD, and with compassionate, specialized support, you can learn to reduce their power, rebuild trust in yourself, and experience greater peace in motherhood.
02
Postpartum Depression & Anxiety
Postpartum depression and anxiety can make early parenthood feel isolating, overwhelming, and unlike what you expected. Whether you're struggling with persistent sadness, excessive worry, intrusive thoughts, guilt, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your baby, you don't have to navigate it alone.
04
Loss of a Child
The loss of a child is an unimaginable experience that can bring profound grief, trauma, and a range of emotions that may feel impossible to put into words. Whether you are grieving pregnancy loss, stillbirth, infant loss, or the death of a child, therapy can provide a compassionate space to honor your relationship, process your pain, and begin healing while carrying the love that remains.
